Job summary

Zuma Restaurant is seeking a ZumaReceiver to help ensure accurate receiving, quality inspection, and precise inventory recording in our kitchen operations. You’ll help maintain storage standards and support a dining experience built on exceptional ingredients and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be a team player, and be comfortable working in a busy hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Must have keen attention to details and accuracy in receiving and recording deliveries.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Experience or familiarity with inventory control is preferred.
• Knowledge of HACCP principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries and verify quantities and completeness of orders.
• Inspect deliveries for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Record and document inventory transactions using electronic systems.
• Label and store items per storage guidelines and food safety rules.
• Assist with periodic inventory counts and reconciliations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the receiving area.
