Job summary

Zuma is seeking a ZumaWine Runner to support sommelier and service teams with wine delivery and cellar organization in a fast-paced setting. You will assist with inventory, ensure proper service equipment, and help with events and tastings.

Ideal candidates are team players with basic wine knowledge, flexible hours, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic, globally inspired restaurant group.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Runner in a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.
• Basic knowledge of wine and sake with a willingness to learn more.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and deliver wine and sake orders to the dining area promptly and accurately.
• Monitor and replenish wine and sake stock levels in service stations during shifts.
• Ensure wine service equipment is clean, polished and ready for use.
• Assist with setup and breakdown for wine-related events, tastings or promotions.
• Coordinate timely delivery of wine orders with sommeliers, bartenders and staff.
• Support inventory tracking and updates in the wine management system for accuracy.
