Responsibilities

• Assist servers in setting up and clearing tables, including arranging table settings, refilling water glasses, and removing used dishes.
• Provide timely support during service, delivering food and beverages, checking guest satisfaction, and addressing requests.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely, accurate service delivery.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness and organization; clean and sanitize surfaces, sweep and mop floors.
• Monitor and replenish supplies (napkins, utensils, condiments, beverages) for servers.
• Communicate guest feedback and special requests to servers, kitchen staff, and management.

As a Zuma Food Runner/Server Support, you are responsible for delivering smooth and efficient operation of our dining experience by providing essential assistance to our servers. Main Duties

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assist servers in setting up and clearing tables, including arranging table settings, refilling water glasses, and removing used dishes and utensils
• Provide timely and attentive support to servers during service periods, including delivering food and beverage orders to tables, checking on guest satisfaction, and addressing any guest requests or concerns
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to coordinate the timing of food and beverage service, ensuring that orders are prepared and delivered accurately and efficiently
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including cleaning and sanitizing tables, chairs, and other surfaces, as well as sweeping and mopping floors
• Monitor and replenish supplies, such as napkins, utensils, condiments, and beverages, to ensure that servers have everything they need to provide excellent service to guests
• Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to relay guest feedback, special requests, and other relevant information, contributing to the overall success of the service team
