Responsibilities

• Provide consistently excellent food and beverage service to members and guests.
• Be well informed of all menu offerings, including specials.
• Provide prompt attention to all members and guests.
• Be friendly, available and exceptional at all times.
• Set up wait stations and perform assigned prep work.
• Follow standard operating procedures and verify accuracy of all charges.
• Keep dining areas clean and neat; perform clean-up and closing duties as assigned.
• Inform supervisor/manager of any complaints as soon as they occur.
• Attend pre-shift line-up, menu tastings, and other meetings as prescribed by management.
