Summary (Essential Functions):

Provide consistently excellent food and beverage service to Club members and guests. Work effectively under pressure with coworkers and other departments to maintain the highest quality of service. Create a warm, friendly environment to facilitate a world class dining experience for members and guests.

Details:

• Provide an outstanding, engaging dining experience for our members and guests


• Be well informed of all menu offerings, including specials

• Follow standard operating procedures


• Verify accuracy of all charges


• Keep tables, dining room, and wait station areas clean and neat


• Inform supervisor/manager of any complaints as soon as they occur


• Perform clean-up and closing duties as assigned by supervisor and/or manager


• Attend pre-shift line-up, menu tastings, and any other meetings as prescribed by management


• Consistently follow local laws, state laws, and Club policies and procedures for service of alcoholic beverages to members and guests

• Perform other duties as assigned by management
