Job summary

Fairway Ford/Lincoln in Greenville, SC, seeks a Customer Experience Coordinator to bridge the gap between Sales and Ownership and deliver a world-class purchase experience. You will greet customers at the point of purchase, explain next steps, and coordinate introductions to Parts, Service, and the Remote Experience Team.

You will activate FordPass/Lincoln apps, guide customers through activation, and help schedule service appointments.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Warm handoff and greeting at point of purchase, introducing the CEC role.
• Explain purchase process steps and how the CEC supports a first-class experience.
• Introduce customers to Parts, Service, and Remote Experience Team.
• Assist with FordPass/Lincoln app activation and dealer selection.
• Educate on Connected Services and review trial subscriptions.
• Schedule follow-up CRM task to confirm customer satisfaction.
