You will manage financial transactions, dispatch mobile technicians, optimize service routes, and ensure a seamless customer journey while upholding luxury hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Active Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to commute to Midland, MI.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Experience in hospitality, luxury retail, or high-volume administrative roles.

Responsibilities

• Mobile Service Coordination: take incoming requests, determine if repairs are within mobile scope, and schedule/dispatch mobile service units.
• Financial Precision: calculate customer bills, process payments, and record amounts on repair orders.
• The Warm Welcome: operate the switchboard and greet guests with professional communication.
• Logistics & Parts: coordinate with Parts to ensure mobile units have needed parts and return unused parts to inventory.
• Conflict Management: handle customer complaints and refer to the manager for resolution.
