Job summary

Consulting Solutions is seeking a Workstation Support Analyst- Central Deployment to deliver hands-on hardware and software support in a fast-paced environment. You will build workstations, deploy systems, back up data, and install software for users across the environment.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, independent work habits, and effective communication via phone, Teams, and email, with attention to detail and proper record management.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job-related field or 2 years of relevant work experience.
• 2 years of technical operations support experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Teams, Excel, Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, OneNote.
• Ability to explain technical details to non-technical users.

Workstation Support Analyst- Central Deployment (Information Systems)

Required Education (I/S)

Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job-related field

OR

2 years of job-related work experience

Required Work Experience

2 years of technical operations support experience

Required Technologies / Tools

• Microsoft Teams, Excel, Office, Windows
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including:
• Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, OneNote
• Ability to leverage these tools to support daily business operations

Preferred (Not Required)

CompTIA A+ or higher preferred, but not required
