Job summary

Infrastructure and Communications S is seeking a Mobile Device Management Specialist for an onsite Contract-to-Permanent role. You will work with VMware Workspace ONE and Microsoft Intune to manage iOS and Android devices, monitor performance, and ensure policy compliance.

Responsibilities include documenting configurations, collaborating with the Service Desk for troubleshooting, and supporting rollout of security updates. A high school diploma is required; higher degrees are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience with VMware Workspace ONE.
• 3–5 years of experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Basic knowledge of Apple iOS and Android OS.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day administration of Workspace ONE and Intune.
• Monitor and report mobile device performance across platforms.
• Maintain documentation of mobile configurations and policies.
• Collaborate with Service Desk for basic troubleshooting and issue escalation.
• Enforce IT security policies on mobile devices and test updates.
