Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Athletic Training required.
• Discipline-specific license or certification as appropriate.

• Observe employee work performance and create a plan for risk mitigation.
• Document all employee treatments efficiently and completely.
• Educate employees to proactively address discomfort.
