Job summary

ATI Worksite Solutions is seeking an Injury Prevention Specialist/Athletic Trainer in Zeeland, MI. This full-time role supports on-site employees with proactive injury prevention programs and on-site care.

The position emphasizes education, coaching, and collaboration with a network of healthcare partners. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Athletic Training, BOC certification or eligibility, and basic life support with AED.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Athletic Training or related field.
• Associates PTA with licensure; or Bachelor's in Exercise Science/AT/Kinesiology/Allied Health; or 2 years in military healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Through observation of employee work performance, assess body mechanics, determine risk and create a plan for mitigation.
• Perform and document all employee treatments within the workplace efficiently and completely with coaching feedback.
• Understand OSHA recordkeeping rules as they pertain to first aid (29 CFR 1904.7).
• Proactively address discomfort through education and job-specific coaching to reduce injuries.
• Assist with medical surveillance testing and clinic operations.
• Provide health education and training on wellness and disease prevention topics to optimize population health.

Education

Bachelor's or Master’s in Athletic Training

Associates PTA with licensure; or Bachelors in Exercise Science/Athletic Training/Kinesiology/Allied Health; or 2 years Military healthcare experience
