ONWARD SEARCH is partnering with a prestigious watchmaking client to recruit a Workshop Technician for an on-site role in a meticulous, detail-oriented environment. The position focuses on assembly, timing calibration, and rigorous quality control for luxury brands.

You will document parts usage and repair activities, ensure accurate movements, and uphold SOPs throughout the repair workflow. This full-time role requires precision and a passion for horology.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience relevant to watch servicing and assembly preferred.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and inventory management.
  • Knowledge of Rolex or Tudor watch service standards is advantageous.

Responsibilities
