Job summary

Bosch Mobility Aftermarket is seeking a Workshop Sales Representative for the New York / New Jersey area. The role focuses on serving workshops, promoting the full Bosch MA product portfolio, and driving loyalty, parts pull, and training initiatives.

Responsibilities include field visits, program promotion, and close collaboration with distributors and sales leadership to meet territory goals and drive market expansion.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive aftermarket.
• Technical understanding of diagnostic and workshop equipment.
• Valid driver’s license; must be able to travel extensively within the assigned territory, with additional travel within the U.S. and/or Canada as needed for training and events.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person field visits with independent repair shops and targeted accounts to build relationships and support growth.
• Represent Bosch Mobility Aftermarket as the local field contact for workshops and communicate program benefits.
• Identify and onboard new Workshop Partner prospects while increasing participation in loyalty programs.
• Drive parts pull by educating workshops on product coverage and distributor pathways.
• Support field campaigns, distributor events, training opportunities, product demonstrations, and market-development initiatives.
• Capture visit details and opportunities in required Bosch systems and reporting tools.
• Provide market intelligence from the field on competitive activity and opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and distributors to support territory objectives.
• Maintain a disciplined territory routine with route planning and timely follow-up.
