Bosch Mobility Aftermarket is seeking a Workshop Sales Representative for the New York / New Jersey area. The role focuses on serving as the single point of contact for workshops, promoting the entire Bosch MA product portfolio, and increasing loyalty and parts pull through field visits and training.

The ideal candidate brings 3-5 years of sales experience in automotive aftermarket, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to travel extensively across North America.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in automotive aftermarket.
• Technical understanding of diagnostic and workshop equipment.
• Valid driver’s license; must be able to travel extensively within the territory and across U.S./Canada for training and events.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person field visits with independent repair shops and targeted accounts to build relationships and drive Bosch MA growth.
• Represent Bosch as the local field contact for workshops, communicating value and available products and services.
• Identify and onboard new Workshop Partner prospects while increasing participation in loyalty programs.
• Drive parts pull by educating workshops on product coverage, availability, and purchasing pathways.
• Support field campaigns, distributor events, and training opportunities with product demos and market initiatives.
• Capture shop visit details and opportunities in Bosch systems, ensuring accurate follow-up.
