Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive aftermarket.
• Technical understanding of diagnostic and workshop equipment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively within North America.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person field visits to repair shops and accounts to grow Bosch MA.
• Promote full Bosch Mobility Aftermarket portfolio to workshops.
• Onboard new Workshop Partner prospects and loyalty programs.
• Drive parts pull and educate on product coverage and pricing.
• Support field campaigns, events, and product demos.
• Capture visit details and opportunities in Bosch systems.
• Provide market intelligence on competitors and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet territory goals.
