Responsibilities

• Coordinate workforce wellbeing and mental health resources for all employees in partnership with HR/Benefits
• Develop informational campaigns and training on mental health benefits and programs
• Provide immediate resource guidance during self-harm incidents and escalated situations
• Analyze program utilization data and prepare leadership reports with recommendations
• Support adoption and consistency of behavioral health programs across locations
• Occasionally travel to business locations as needed
