Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Health, Safety & Wellbeing Associate Director to advance HSW performance across US and Canada real estate and enterprise accounts. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on program delivery, partnering with senior leaders and project teams to ensure compliance, risk reduction, and a harm-free culture across the portfolio.

The successful candidate will shape programs, manage client relationships, audits, and advisory services, and lead complex initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in HSW leadership, operational risk management, consulting, or enterprise program management.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide HSW programs across large, complex organizations within project management and construction.

Responsibilities

• Execute enterprise-wide HSW strategies, governance models, and performance indicators.
• Advise executive leaders and align HSW objectives with business goals.
• Lead delivery of complex HSW programs across portfolios and regions.
• Develop training programs, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Foster organizational safety culture and leadership development.
