Job summary

Key duties include coordinating resources with HR, Benefits, EHS, and providers; training leaders on mental health programs; and analyzing data to improve services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree; minimum of 8 years of related experience preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• MHFA Instructor certification from National Council for Mental Wellbeing, or willingness to obtain
• Experience within construction industry and familiarity with mental health awareness, suicide prevention, and substance misuse programs, preferred
• Knowledge of governing Federal laws (e.g., PPACA, ERISA, PPA, HIPAA, COBRA, and others) and ability to apply to day-to-day operations

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workforce wellbeing resources with HR, Benefits, and providers; maintain confidential documentation and case tracking
• Develop informational campaigns for leaders and employees regarding mental health benefits and programs; deliver training on mental health, stress management, and suicide prevention
• Provide immediate resource guidance during self-harm incidents and escalated situations
• Analyze program utilization data and prepare reports with actionable recommendations for leadership
• Generate program status updates and contribute to continuous improvement of workforce wellbeing initiatives
