Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks a Workforce Wellness Program Specialist to connect employees with wellbeing resources and guide leaders on available support options. You will coordinate behavioral health resources, drive program education, and manage cross-location initiatives.

Responsibilities include collaborating with HR, Benefits, and EHS teams, delivering trainings, and analyzing program data to guide leadership decisions. Travel to project sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree preferred with 8+ years related experience or equivalent.
• Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Instructor certification or willingness to obtain.
• Experience in construction industry and familiarity with mental health programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workforce wellbeing and mental health resources with HR and Benefits.
• Develop informational campaigns and deliver training on mental health benefits and programs.
• Provide immediate resource guidance during self-harm incidents and escalations.
• Analyze program utilization data and prepare actionable leadership reports.
• Present program status updates and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote adoption of behavioral health programs across locations.
