Job description

Job Title: Workplace Space Program Manager

Duration: 4+ months

Location: Remote (PST)

Pay range: $65/hr - $75/hr on W2 (Depends on experience)

Job Description:
Position Overview:

The Workplace Space Program Manager, specializing in Data Analytics and Technology Implementation, is responsible for overseeing the strategic development, implementation, and optimization of workplace space programs that leverage data-driven insights and innovative technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of data analytics, technology trends, and workplace management to create and manage spaces that enhance productivity, collaboration, and employee experience. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between data analysis, technology adoption, and space management strategies.

Responsibilities:
  1. Program Management:
    • Lead and manage workplace space programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, including space utilization, employee experience, and operational efficiency.
    • Develop project requirements, development, and testing to ensure successful implementation of workplace technologies.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, and Facilities, to ensure seamless execution of technology transformation initiatives.
  2. Data Analytics & Reporting:
    • Utilize data analytics to track and assess workplace space usage, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve space efficiency.
    • Analyze employee behavior and workspace usage data to inform decisions on workspace design, allocation, and resource optimization.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting systems to provide real-time data and metrics related to workplace space performance.
  3. Technology Implementation:
    • Spearhead the implementation of new technologies that improve space management, including adopting ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery tools, and develop enhancements to further its capabilities.
    • Evaluate and recommend innovative technologies that can improve the workplace experience, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, and Facilities, to ensure seamless execution of technology initiatives and integration with existing systems.
  4. Workplace Strategy Development:
    • Work with senior leadership to develop long-term workplace strategies aligned with organizational goals and employee needs.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to create flexible, adaptable workspace models supporting hybrid or remote work.
    • Provide recommendations for space optimization, cost reduction, and workplace satisfaction improvement.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Act as the primary contact for workplace space projects, collaborating with key stakeholders to meet needs.
    • Communicate effectively with leadership, department heads, and employees to understand requirements and expectations.
    • Foster a workplace environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, and a positive culture.
  6. Continuous Improvement:
    • Regularly monitor, evaluate, and improve workplace strategies to adapt to evolving business needs and technology.
    • Conduct periodic reviews of space programs and initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.
Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in implementing data analytics solutions and technologies in workplace environments.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and workplace management software.
  • Familiarity with smart building technologies, IoT devices, and data-driven workspace platforms.
  • Solid project management experience; PMP certification is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and adaptability skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields; Master’s preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in workplace space management, project management, or data analytics with a focus on technology solutions.
