Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B partner-led business development within wealth adjacencies or corporate benefits.
• Strong grasp of employer benefits buying centers (HR/Total Rewards/Finance).
• Proven success influencing without authority.

Responsibilities

• Build a coverage plan with PB regional leaders to map client affiliations.
• Identify corporate triggers for opportunities and orchestrate introductions.
• Maintain transparency in referral quality and conversion rates.
• Become the go-to for employer solutions in Private Bank.
