Salary Range: $18.00 To $22.00 Hourly
This role will coordinate commercial moves for Hilldrup’s Workplace Solutions accounts, managing the process from order initiation through delivery. Involves frequent communication with clients, agents, and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience. Proactively resolves issues, maintains detailed records, and handles multiple moves monthly.
You will oversee all aspects of the move process—from the initial order through successful delivery. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. Your role requires frequent interaction with United Van Lines agents, national account representatives, customers, and internal staff, including operations and sales, to align logistics and services.
You’ll be responsible for receiving and updating move orders from account representatives and prospects through various channels. You’ll work closely with both origin and destination agents, adjusting registrations as needed and confirming all details, such as crew assignments, scope changes, and delivery timelines. Coordinating services like (Estimated Time of Arrivals) ETAs and destination support is a key part of your daily responsibilities. You’ll also prepare required reports and correspondence and make occasional site visits to build and maintain strong client relationships.
In this role, you're expected to identify potential issues early and take the initiative to resolve them efficiently, keeping customers and internal stakeholders informed every step of the way. After-hours support for your assigned accounts may also be required. You’ll maintain active files, manage logistics across service lines including air cargo and trucking, and stay flexible to support evolving business needs.
