Amazon.com Services LLC is hiring a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist to lead safety programs, audits, and training at sites in Colorado. You will partner with frontline teams and leadership to reduce risks and promote a culture of safety that supports productivity.

The role requires knowledge of OSHA regulations, strong communication, and ability to manage confidential information. Eligible candidates should be prepared for flexible shifts and on-site work in Aurora, CO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year in an EHS field OR a Bachelor’s in EHS OR 6 months safety work at Amazon.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations specifically 29 CFR 1910.
• Experience using Word and Excel in a professional capacity.
• Experience maintaining confidentiality in workplace security matters.

Responsibilities

• Drive comprehensive safety programs using data-driven strategies.
• Lead daily safety audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments.
• Deliver engaging safety training to associates.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives in safety and efficiency.
• Advise associates and leadership on safety and wellbeing.
