Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is hiring a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist (WHSS) to drive safety programs, investigations, and training across sites in the United States. You will partner with leadership to promote a proactive safety culture and support continuous improvement initiatives.

You will apply knowledge of OSHA regulations, lead incident investigations, and translate data into actionable safety improvements, ensuring associates return home safely every day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in EHS-related field or 1 year in EHS-related role OR 6 months experience in safety within Amazon.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations specifically 29 CFR 1910.
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel in a professional capacity.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in matters involving security and/or personnel issues.
