Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or alternative relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in an EHS-related field is preferred.
• Experience in environmental health and safety roles within Amazon or similar environments is valued.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations, especially 29 CFR 1910, is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily safety audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments.
• Develop and deliver safety training to associates to foster a proactive safety culture.
• Analyze safety data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
• Serve as a safety advisor to operations teams and drive behavioral safety changes.
