Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist (WHSS) to lead safety initiatives, audits, and training across delivery stations in our Ohio operations. This role focuses on building a proactive safety culture that protects associates and maintains operational efficiency.

You will drive data‑driven safety programs, conduct risk assessments, and collaborate with front-line teams to address hazards and improve processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year in an EHS-related field OR 6 months at Amazon in a safety role OR a Bachelor’s in an EHS-related field.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations specifically 29 CFR 1910.
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel in a professional capacity.
• Confidentiality handling in security/personal matters.
