Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated, known as JLL, seeks a Relocation Project Manager in Tampa to orchestrate workplace transitions including relocations and furniture reconfigurations for large groups. You will coordinate move management, space planning, and vendor activities to deliver on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of facility, project, or construction-related experience in a Corporate Real Estate environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the complete Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with CAD/CFAM technology including move management modules and facilities management systems.
• Ability to read architectural drawings, furniture plans and specifications and apply space planning concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop relocation plans, schedules and budgets for projects involving up to 1,000 people.
• Oversee furniture reconfiguration projects from concept through completion.
• Manage vendor relationships, RFPs, proposals, and contractor performance.
• Serve as the single point of contact for move management and furniture projects.
• Maintain CAFM data, track inventory and ensure documentation supports due diligence.
• Provide on-site presence during relocations and installations to resolve issues.
