Job summary

JLL is seeking a Relocation Project Manager in Tampa, FL to orchestrate workplace transitions and furniture reconfigurations for projects up to 1,000 people. You’ll lead move management, coordinate vendors, and ensure budgets, timelines and quality are met.

You will work on-site in Tampa, leveraging CAD/CFAM tools and CAFM systems while collaborating with design and facilities teams to deliver efficient space solutions.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of facility, project, or construction‑related experience in a Corporate Real Estate environment
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Experience with CAD/CFAM technology and move management systems
• Ability to read architectural drawings and furniture plans
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Develop relocation project plans, schedules and budgets for up to 1,000 people
• Oversee furniture reconfiguration and office conversions within budget and schedules
• Manage vendor relationships, RFPs, proposals, and contractor performance
• Serve as single point of contact for move management and furniture projects
• Maintain CAFM data, inventory tracking and move documentation
