Job summary

Apple Inc. in Santa Clara Valley seeks a Facilities Building Manager to serve as the central liaison for workplace operations across our buildings, ensuring an exceptional employee and customer experience.

The role partners with cross-functional teams to manage facilities processes, communicate changes, and implement building-wide standards. It reports to the Workplace Services Manager and emphasizes service-first collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in workplace management or facilities operations.
• Experience interfacing with all levels of an organization and managing multiple projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to an inclusive environment through respecting each others’ differences and having the curiosity to learn.
• Foster and maintain excellent relationships with various stakeholders.
• Act as the key facilities resource for employees and building operations in assigned locations.
• Manage furniture and space configurations to ensure visual and functional consistency across sites.
• Partner with RE&D teams including Space Planning, Project Management, Commute, EH&S, and others.
• Coordinate relocations, reconfigurations, and occupancy changes including lab and office moves.
• Ensure customer needs are continuously met and advocate for service improvements.
• Communicate effectively with occupants on facility updates, events, and disruptions.
• Utilize tools such as IWMS, service request platforms, and productivity software to track and manage services.
