Qualifications

• 4+ years in facilities management or related field.
• High school diploma with technical training.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and/or contractors.
• Knowledge of building systems and CMMS.
• Experience managing budgets and vendor contracts.
• Curious about AI tools and data-driven workflows.

Responsibilities
