Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Manager to join its Global Facilities Operations team in Santa Clara, CA. The role leads maintenance programs, oversees budgets and vendor relationships, and ensures health and safety compliance at a large campus.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in facilities leadership, strong communication, and hands-on experience with CMMS and office software to optimize space and operations. Onsite schedule applies Monday–Friday, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of facilities management, building operations, or site services experience, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of facility maintenance, engineering systems, construction processes, and vendor management.
• Experience managing budgets, capital projects, safety programs, and contractor relationships.
• Proficiency with facility management software, CMMS platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement facility management programs, including preventive maintenance and asset life-cycle planning.
• Oversee day-to-day facility operations, maintenance, repairs, renovations, and space utilization.
• Lead and develop facility staff while coordinating activities with contractors and service providers.
• Manage facility budgets, expenditures, vendor contracts, and operational services such as security, cleaning, and waste management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building security requirements.
