The candidate will lead a ~19+ person national team, manage facilities, hospitality, and client services, and serve as the primary client-facing leader.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in workplace experience, facilities, client services, corporate services, or a related field.
• Strong people-management experience; oversee sizable or multi-location teams.
• Background in financial services or sophisticated professional-services environments preferred.
• Experience overseeing facilities, front-of-house, hospitality, and workplace services.
• Strong vendor management experience, including sourcing and RFPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a national workplace team of approximately 19+ employees.
• Oversee facilities, reception, hospitality, and client services.
• Serve as the primary client-facing leader for the account.
• Maintain visibility across locations and ensure consistent service standards.
• Manage vendor relationships, sourcing, quotes, and RFP processes.
• Oversee facilities and building-related issues, including after-hours escalation.
• Support employee onboarding, team integration, and workplace programming.
• Partner on corporate events, hospitality, and community-building initiatives.
• Utilize workplace technology and reporting tools to improve operational efficiency.

A leading global financial services organization is seeking a polished, highly visible Workplace Operations Manager to oversee workplace experience and operations for a large, sophisticated corporate account in Midtown Manhattan.

This is a high-touch, white-glove environment where professional presence, discretion, attention to detail and strong client service are essential. The ideal candidate will be confident operating at the center of a complex workplace operation, managing a large team, overseeing vendors and facilities, and serving as a trusted point of contact for the client.

This is a high-visibility leadership opportunity with significant ownership across workplace experience, facilities, hospitality, events and client management. The account is continuing to grow, offering the opportunity to help shape and develop the workplace experience across a large national organization

Location:

Midtown Manhattan

Schedule:

5 days onsite

Compensation:

Up to $120K base, DOE + benefits

Travel:

Occasional travel domestically as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a national workplace team of approximately 19+ employees

What We're Looking For:

• 7+ years of experience in workplace experience, facilities, client services, corporate services, or a related field
• Strong people-management experience, ideally overseeing a sizable or multi-location team
• Background in financial services, banking, investment management, private equity, hedge funds, law firms, or another sophisticated professional-services environment strongly preferred
• Experience overseeing facilities, front-of-house, hospitality, and workplace services
• Strong vendor management experience, including sourcing and RFPs
• Exceptional client-facing communication and presentation skills
• Polished, articulate, discreet and confident personality
• Strong independent judgment and decision-making skills
• Comfortable operating in a highly visible, fast-paced environment
• Willingness to serve as an after-hours/weekend escalation point when needed
• Flexibility to travel domestically based on business needs
