Job summary

DeWinter Group is seeking a Workplace Operations Consultant to support and refine the physical operations of a regional hub. This onsite role focuses on vendor management, process improvements, and coordinating events to maintain a productive workplace.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in facilities or corporate operations, strong analytics, and experience with Google Workspace, Jira, and ServiceNow. The contract spans 6 months with an immediate start in San Francisco, CA.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in facilities coordination, corporate operations, or premium hospitality services within a corporate environment.
  • Proven expertise in managing external vendor relationships (janitorial, facilities, catering).
  • Strong analytical skills to identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical improvements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and vendors.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, workplace ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow), and modern AI productivity tools.
  • Experience coordinating onsite events, meetings, and executive visits.
  • Ability to develop and maintain detailed documentation for operational processes and metrics.

  • Contract duration: 6 months, with an immediate start preferred.
  • W2 employment only; no C2C arrangements accepted.
  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners.
