Job summary

ADP is seeking an Associate Relations Manager, Workplace Investigations to act as a trusted expert in investigations and risk management. You will lead end-to-end inquiries across the enterprise, partnering with HR, Legal, Compliance, and business leaders to protect culture, mitigate risk, and support a respectful workplace.

You will independently assess facts, determine findings, and advise leaders on corrective actions while maintaining confidentiality and integrity throughout all processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in workplace investigations or related fields.
• Experience independently managing 10+ complex investigations concurrently.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws, workplace regulations, and investigation best practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end investigations involving allegations of misconduct, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, ethics violations, or compliance concerns.
• Conduct interviews, gather and assess evidence, evaluate credibility, and determine findings.
• Prepare clear, objective investigation reports and present findings to key stakeholders.
• Advise leaders on investigation outcomes, corrective actions, and risk mitigation.
• Analyze case data to identify trends and improve policies and practices.
