Job summary

ADP is seeking a Senior Manager Insider Risk Investigations to identify, assess, and investigate insider risks that could harm ADP’s operations, finances, or reputation. This role blends data-driven analysis, investigative review, risk assessment, and cross-functional partnership to bolster the enterprise Insider Risk program.

The position leads complex reviews involving data misuse, unauthorized access, fraud concerns, conflicts of interest, policy violations, and other employee-related risks,

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in insider risk, fraud, investigations, compliance, or related fields.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with fact-finding reviews and handling sensitive matters.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings to business recommendations.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk-based reviews and investigations involving insider risk and related violations.
• Analyze alerts, referrals, and data from multiple sources to identify risks.
• Perform fact-finding, document reviews, data analysis, and stakeholder interviews.
• Prepare clear, defensible reports with findings and recommendations.
• Partner with stakeholders to manage cases and drive remediation.
• Identify trends to strengthen monitoring, controls, and prevention.
