Job summary

ADP is seeking an Associate Relations Manager, Workplace Investigations, to serve as a trusted expert in investigations and risk management across the enterprise. You will independently oversee investigations from intake to resolution, partnering with HR, Legal, Compliance, and global teams.

You will lead high-profile, sensitive investigations and deliver actionable recommendations to protect ADP's culture and uphold employment standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in workplace investigations, associate relations, employee relations, compliance, legal, or related field.
• Proven ability to lead complex investigations end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Experience with case management platforms and evidence documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end investigations involving misconduct, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, ethics, and compliance concerns.
• Conduct interviews, gather evidence, evaluate credibility, determine findings, and prepare reports.
• Advise leaders on outcomes, corrective actions, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Compliance, and business leaders while maintaining confidentiality.
