Job summary

Circles North America seeks an Office Hospitality Lead to manage daily lunch orders, pantry operations, and the coffee and beverages program. You will coordinate catering for meetings and events, and plan pop-up employee engagement activities to enhance the workplace experience.

The role requires strong hospitality background, excellent organization, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality operations and daily workflow management.
• Ability to coordinate multiple vendors and platforms.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to support teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for daily lunch ordering technology and partner network; onsite reception of deliveries.
• Oversee pantry stocking, inventory management, and ordering of supplies.
• Manage coffee, fresh fruit, and beverage programs; ensure items are fresh.
• Coordinate catering for meetings and events and plan pop-up employee engagement activities.
• Capture feedback, report insights, and drive process improvements.
