Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Wayne, NJ is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support daily operations and hands-on maintenance. You will set up conference spaces, perform routine upkeep, and coordinate with vendors to ensure safe, functional work environments.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years of related experience, basic carpentry/electrical/plumbing skills, and proficiency with Corrigo and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated handyman or maintenance skills with carpentry, light repairs, electrical or plumbing basics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to learn facility management systems such as Corrigo.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and reset conference rooms and meeting spaces to required layouts.
• Perform general maintenance tasks including carpentry, painting, and small installations.
• Manage packages and mail distribution within the facility.
• Respond to maintenance requests and coordinate with internal teams and contractors.
• Maintain documentation for services, inspections and work orders in facility systems.
• Support health, safety and compliance initiatives and incident reporting.
