Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years in a corporate facilities role.
• Demonstrated handyman/maintenance skills in carpentry, light repairs, electrical, or plumbing.
• Strong communication and service orientation with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning facility management/work order systems.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Set up/maintain conference rooms and spaces per layouts for meetings and events.
• Perform routine repairs and light maintenance tasks, including carpentry and painting.
• Handle mail/packages and distribution to recipients.
• Respond to maintenance requests; coordinate with internal teams and contractors.
• Maintain accurate records of services, inspections, and work orders in FM systems.
• Keep workspaces and common areas clean, safe, and functional.
