Job summary

Siemens in Wendell, NC seeks a Workplace Experience & Site Operations Manager to own the day-to-day workplace experience for the PACS facility. You will coordinate services, vendors, and onboarding while driving continuous improvement and data-driven service management.

You will develop KPIs, lead site projects, and ensure a professional, organized, and reliable facility for employees, customers, and visitors. On-site role in the US.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in workplace operations, office management, or related field.
• Experience coordinating services, vendors, visitors, events, and onboarding.
• Experience developing or improving processes, dashboards, or performance measures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and ability to work with employees and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own the PACS workplace operating model including standards and escalation routes.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for service-provider performance and employee experience.
• Analyze workplace data and feedback to identify priorities and improvements.
• Lead site projects: activation, space changes, onboarding improvements, and events.
• Manage contracted providers, set expectations, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Serve as local escalation point for workplace-service issues and provide leadership with options.
• Coordinate visits, catering, agendas, hosts, and on-site logistics.
• Oversee conference rooms, shared spaces, visitor management, and front-desk service.
• Coordinate onboarding readiness with hiring leaders, IT, security, and support teams.
• Support budgets, forecasts, invoices, dashboards, and reporting; create playbooks and trainings.
• Build partnerships across plant leadership, facilities, IT, and project teams.
