Job summary

Siemens Smart Infrastructure in Wendell, NC seeks a Workplace Experience & Site Operations Manager to own day-to-day workplace experience and internal service operations for the PACS manufacturing facility.

You will establish workplace standards, lead improvement projects, monitor KPIs, coordinate vendors and partners, and ensure employees, customers, visitors experience a professional, organized, and reliable facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or state-recognized equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in workplace operations, office management, facilities coordination, or related fields.
• Experience coordinating workplace services, vendors, visitors, events, onboarding, or site operations.
• Experience developing or improving processes, procedures, service standards, tracking tools, dashboards, or performance measures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to analyze issues, manage priorities, coordinate stakeholders, and drive tasks to completion.
• Strong written and verbal communication with professional demeanor.
• Ability to work primarily on site in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own the PACS workplace operating model, including service standards, procedures, responsibilities, escalation paths and routines.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for service-provider performance, visitor readiness, onboarding readiness, room availability, issue response and employee experience.
• Analyze workplace data and feedback to identify priorities and implement measurable improvements.
• Lead site activation, space changes, visits, events, and onboarding-process improvements.
• Manage performance of contracted workplace service providers and coordinate corrective actions.
• Serve as local escalation point for workplace-service issues and provide leadership with options and status updates.
