  • Provide reception coverage and support front-desk service delivery as needed to ensure continuity of operations and a consistent guest experience.
  • Vendor Management.
  • Own and coordinate workplace data collection, validation, and reporting processes, translating operational data into clear presentations and actionable insights for leadership while identifying trends and opportunities for service improvement.
  • Coordinate facilities-related activities across the workplace, proactively identifying operational issues, prioritizing service needs, partnering with Facilities teams and vendors, and tracking corrective actions through completion while communicating impacts and updates to key stakeholders.
  • Conduct routine facility condition assessments and audits to identify recurring issues, workplace deficiencies, and opportunities for preventive action, documenting findings and partnering with the appropriate teams to drive timely resolution.
What You’ll Need:
  • High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
  • An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required.
  • Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval.
  • Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
