Responsibilities

• Ensure meeting rooms and spaces are ready and well‑stocked; manage office readiness and basic issue troubleshooting.
• Update colleague headcount and seating in workplace systems; assist with onboarding and access coordination.
• Manage mailroom operations, deliveries, and office supplies; provide remote support for off‑site locations.
