Job summary

AXA XL seeks an experienced Workplace Operations Lead to support the Americas portfolio from Exton, PA. You will lead, coach, and develop the Workplace Operations team, partner with cross-functional teams, and ensure safe, hospitality-driven, high-quality services for colleagues and guests.

You will drive operational excellence, monitor KPIs, manage vendor relationships, and contribute to budget planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Workplace Operations or Facilities Management.
• Proven track record leading distributed teams and multi-site services.
• Strong project management and vendor management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities.
• Experience coaching, managing performance and accountability.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and enable Workplace Operations across the Americas portfolio.
• Collaborate with local teams to ensure safe, welcoming, operational environments.
• Lead, coach, and manage Workplace Operations staff with accountability.
• Monitor KPI/SLA performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Assist with budget, purchasing, and occupancy reporting.
• Ensure health, safety, and site certification compliance.
