Job summary

AXA XL in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Senior Workplace Operations Coordinator to serve as the on-site leader for our office, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and safe environment for colleagues and guests.

You will drive the reopening experience, manage mail and deliveries, coordinate with facilities, vendors, and Workplace leadership, and support desk reservations and events to foster a connected workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Intermediate level experience in workplace coordination, office administration, hospitality, or a related role.
• Experience supporting an office opening, reopening, relocation, or major workplace transition is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work on-site five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site workplace lead for the Atlanta office.
• Model a hospitality-driven workplace experience grounded in responsiveness and professionalism.
• Act as a visible workplace ambassador, shaping service quality and office culture.
• Shape the Atlanta office reopening experience and engage colleagues during transitions.
• Manage facilities issues, coordinate with building management and vendors.
• Oversee mail, deliveries, and reception areas; supervise desk reservations.
• Support events, onboarding tours, and post-event feedback to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Workplace leadership and cross-functional teams on communications.
