Job summary

AXA XL is seeking an experienced Workplace Operations Lead based in Exton, PA to drive consistent, hospitality-driven workplace services across the Americas portfolio. You will lead, coach, and develop the Workplace Operations team, manage vendors and KPIs, and partner with regional leadership to align local work with enterprise strategy.

You will champion a culture of care, safety, and operational excellence, while delivering proactive improvements in the employee and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Workplace Operations or Facilities Management with multi-site oversight.
• Experience supporting distributed teams and delivering high-quality workplace services.
• Strong project management skills, including office build-outs or upgrades (preferred).
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental compliance standards.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and service contracts.
• Proven people-management experience with coaching and accountability.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support and enable the Workplace Operations team across the Americas portfolio.
• Partner with local teams to ensure safe, welcoming, and functional environments.
• Champion a hospitality-first workplace culture and service excellence.
• Collaborate on workplace projects, employee experience, and sustainability initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLAs and KPIs are met.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify risks, and implement improvements.
• Support budget planning, POs, invoices, and reporting on occupancy and services.
• Ensure health, safety, security, and site certification compliance.
• Lead, coach, and develop Workplace Operations staff; set clear performance expectations.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to anticipate workplace needs.
