Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Executive Assistant roles supporting C-suite executives.
Expertise in strategic calendar management and priority triage.
Excellent written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail.
On-site presence in Sunnyvale, CA (640 W California Ave, Suite 100).

Responsibilities

Strategically manage complex, multi-time zone calendars for assigned executives.
Coordinate all on-site meeting logistics (conference rooms, AV, day-of support).
Facilitate and maintain internal operating rhythm with staff meetings and leadership touchpoints.
Plan and execute staff offsites (agenda, rooms, catering, materials, follow-ups).
Manage expense reporting via SAP Concur with correct allocations and receipts.
Proactively track action items and deliverables to ensure operational excellence.
Maintain discretion handling sensitive information and coordinate with finance as needed.
