Job summary

UG2 is seeking a Workplace Experience & Facility Support Technician in Los Angeles to uphold workplace presentation standards, coordinate work orders, and perform light handyman tasks that do not involve building systems.

You will conduct floor walks, report cleanliness and safety concerns, support daily readiness, and collaborate with vendors, janitorial teams, and office services to ensure a polished, inviting environment for colleagues and visitors.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities or workplace operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Comfort with performing light handyman tasks and presenting spaces professionally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine floor walks and workplace inspections.
• Identify and report facility, cleanliness, safety, furniture, signage, restroom, pantry, meeting room, and presentation-related concerns.
• Respond to on-demand workplace and facility support requests.
• Maintain appropriate customer relations with associates, vendors, building management, and internal workplace partners.
• Follow site protocols, service expectations, dress code requirements, and workplace etiquette standards.
• Support daily workplace readiness and overall associate experience.
• Provide basic reporting, documentation, photos, completion notes, and status updates as requested.
• Participate in regular communication routines, including daily briefings, scheduled update meetings, email updates, calendar coordination, and stakeholder follow-up.
