Job summary

Northwood Space in Los Angeles is seeking a Workplace Operations Associate to keep manufacturing and office spaces organized and ready for daily use. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in facilities or workplace operations.
• Experience coordinating maintenance requests with service providers or day-to-day operations in a busy facility.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, including the ability to track multiple requests through completion.
• Clear communication with employees, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Respond to facility requests, troubleshoot routine issues, and coordinate repairs or escalate needs to the appropriate internal team or service provider.
• Support daily operations across production lines, the machine shop, inventory areas, and office space, helping minimize disruptions to work.
• Track preventive maintenance, inspections, work orders, and facility records to help keep the site operating reliably.
• Coordinate on-site vendors and contractors, including scheduling visits, arranging access, and following up on completed work.
• Help maintain organized, functional shared spaces and support changes to layouts, equipment placement, and employee work areas.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to facility processes, service schedules, and the employee workplace experience.
