Job summary

UG2 is seeking a Workplace Experience & Facility Support Technician to service client locations, focusing on presentation standards, light maintenance, and rapid response to requests. The role covers routine inspections, reporting issues, coordinating with vendors and building management, and maintaining professional presentation across shared spaces.

Responsibilities include daily readiness, escalation handling, and post-service reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine floor walks and workplace inspections across assigned locations.
• Identify and report facility, cleanliness, safety, furniture, signage, restroom, pantry, meeting room, and presentation-related concerns.
• Respond to on-demand workplace and facility support requests.
• Maintain appropriate customer relations with associates, vendors, building management, and internal workplace partners.
• Follow site protocols, service expectations, dress code requirements, and workplace etiquette standards.
• Support daily workplace readiness and overall associate experience.
• Provide basic reporting, documentation, photos, completion notes, and status updates as requested.
• Participate in regular communication routines, including daily briefings, scheduled update meetings, email updates, calendar coordination, and stakeholder follow-up.
